Description
Available in gold, bronze, copper or silver, with custom engraving. Mounted on a solid presentation base, the lion is a dynamic, sculpted piece that looks like the leadership it celebrates, not a generic cup or star. It is handcrafted, giving it a weight and presence that makes it an award worth keeping on display.

Built for leaders
Leadership awards hold a distinct place in Kenya’s corporate and professional calendar. Annual awards dinners, long-service recognitions, board appreciations and association honours are a regular fixture for businesses, banks and professional bodies across the country. The lion stands for strength, courage and guardianship, which makes this trophy a natural fit for the occasion. It is well suited to:
- Leadership excellence awards
- CEO, director and board recognition
- Employee and manager of the year awards
- Long-service and retirement awards
- Association, chamber and club honours
- Client and partner appreciation gifts
Craftsmanship and finish
Available in gold, bronze, copper and silver finishes, each one showing off the lion’s mane, muscle and roaring stance. The base leaves clean space for an engraved plate beneath the sculpture.
Customisation and engraving
Like all Adventurion pieces, the Lion Guardian Trophy can be custom engraved with:
- Recipient’s full name and title
- Award name (e.g. “Leadership Excellence Award,” “Long Service Award”)
- Organisation or company name
- Event date and venue
- A personalised message or citation
We recommend confirming your final engraving text well ahead of your event date. Message us on WhatsApp for current turnaround times.
